MPA Announces Advocacy Days for 2010 session
During last year's legislative session MPA hosted members at the state capitol each Wednesday as part of our lobby efforts. This year, plans for three targeted Advocacy Days in Jefferson City have been announced.
By focusing on a few specific days rather than every Wednesday during session, we are able to target the most important parts of session with a strong and productive presence.

April 14 - Legislative Day
The largest gathering of pharmacists at the state capitol will take place during MPA's Legislative Day. Hundreds of members will come to the capitol to hear speakers, discuss pharmacy-related legislation, and lobby their representatives.
May 12 - MPA Advocacy Day

In addition to hosting numerous continuing education events throughout the year, MPA will work to provide continuing education credit opportunities online for those who can't make it to events.
