Program Booklet Advertising
Meeting attendees each receive a program booklet containing the schedule of events, a listing of exhibitors and sponsors, meeting detains, and advertising pages. Heighten your visibility to all participants by advertising in the program booklet. Email ads to [email protected] by August 1, 2023.

Meeting sponsorship is unrelated to education programming. The live of sponsorship will provide booth fees, premium exhibit hall space and special advertising during the meeting. Contact the MPA office by August 1, 2023, so that your company can be recognized in the program booklet.
Cancellations of exhibit space will receive a 50 percent refund if written request is received by MPA prior to July 1, 2023. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Any refunds due will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notice of cancellation.
Decorating, Warehousing, Shipping
The exhibit hall has a permanent carpet throughout and each exhibitor will have an 8'x10' booth that will include: One 6' draped and skirted table, two chairs, pipe & drape, wastebasket and signage. Each exhibitor booth will not include lighting and electrical power. If you intend to use any lighting and electrical, you will need to contact Margaritaville Lake Resort about set up and additional fees.
Due to the layout of the Hotel, storage space is not available for display materials or show merchandise before or after expo. At the conclusion of the set-up operation, all related equipment, crates, trash, etc. must be removed from the premises no later than the last day of the exhibit show period. The exhibit space will need to be completely cleared of exhibits, exhibit materials, and exhibit equipment by Friday, August 25th at 5:00 pm.
